ELEARNING

Each student is required to complete the PADI eLearning prior to the first pool session. This added to the cart automatically and can be removed if you purchased it previously. Please contact us for assistance if needed.

WAIVER & MEDICAL
Each participant must complete our online waiver and medical statement to finalize registration and participate in the class. Please do this as soon as possible so you have time to see your physician if a medical evaluation is needed prior to the start of training. PERSONAL GEAR
Every student must provide their own personal gear (mask, snorkel, boots and fins) for the class. These items are not available to rent. We have many options and a large selection in stock! One of our retail experts will help you find the right gear for you and your budget. You will need to purchase these items prior to the start of class.

RENTAL GEAR
Rental gear (BCD, regulators, wetsuit, dive computer, cylinders, and weights) for the class is included in the course fee. You will need to be fitted for a wetsuit and BCD prior to the start of class and can do so at the time of your personal gear purchase.

We highly recommend taking care of your gear needs at least two days before class, so that we can have everything ready for you at the start of class!

RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY
As space is strictly limited and classes fill up in advance, all course fees are non-refundable.

We ask for as much notice as possible when needing to reschedule any student. We understand things happen and offer the opportunity to reschedule one time at no charge, with at least 72 hours' notice. Additional changes or changes made less than 72-hours before class will be charged $50 per student. 

In the event of a full cancellation by the student, store credit will be issued less any applicable cancellation fees. Cancellations made with more than 2 weeks' notice will be charged a 25% cancellation fee per student. Cancellations made with 7–14-day notice will be charged a 50% fee and any cancellation made after any previous changes or rescheduling and/or less than 7 days' notice will forfeit all course fees paid.
